CUSTOM ALLOY AXLES

At John’s Industries, Inc. our objective has always been to provide our customers with a high quality set of custom axles that fit both the application and budget. We begin with Moser Engineering axle blanks made from premium alloy steel forging. These axle blanks undergo induction heat treating to optimize torsional strength and are 100% magnafluxed. We consider this forging to be one of the best in the business today. These axles are specifically designed and engineered to take the stress and strain of both racing and high performance street use. The machining process consists of register and flange work. Axles are cut to length and splined, with bolt pattern and an access hole to finish it off. The axles are non-tapered, with hardened bearing seats. If you choose to narrow your rear end at a later date, they can also be shortened and re-splined. All axle packages come with sealed ball bearings, 7/16”, 1/2” or optional 5/8” press-in or screw-in studs installed, retainer plates, and your choice of 28, 31, 33 or 35 spline and small or big bearing. Our used 9” OEM cut and re-splined axles are also available. You get a high quality precision machined axle with the same lifetime warranty as our new axles. Many chassis builders use them and we supply thousands of them each year. Axle choices for your project. Bolt-ins for GM, Ford, Chrysler, and beyond.
